Not only do I deliver excellent real estate services with attention to the many important details, but after you've settle down I will throw you a housewarming party. And I do know how to throw a party (I'm from New Orleans)!!
We'll plan a date that works for you on a Saturday afternoon from 2:00 - 5:00. I mail out the very attractive invitations to your 20 - 30 of your friends and/or neighbors. I provide all the food and even a little gift for each guest. You supply the beverages and that's all. You get to enjoy your own party. We have a great time.
